How much do Pathwerks’ services cost, and are they affordable for small businesses? +
Our pricing is tailored and affordable. We start each engagement with a block of ten hours at a discounted rate. That gives us both time to decide if we're a good fit. From there, price depends on service. App development or projects that require significant coding can expect to pay US market rate for on-shore development. Our basic Zoho support package is $499/month. Implementation typically falls somewhere between the two depending on delivery schedule and features requested. Small businesses typically see strong ROI through efficiency gains and cost savings. Terms and pricing are agreed upon ahead of time, and there are no hidden fees.
Can your service be cancelled? +
Yes. Cancellations are hassle-free. For customers on rolling blocks, there is no ongoing commitment, and you can cancel at any time. Customers on a service contract will have a clear termination clause. Email hello@pathwerks.io with questions.

What happens if my system has issues? +
Our first concern is silent failure, where data is not being handled correctly or alerts and reminders are not being sent. We follow error-handling best practices to make sure our custom processes raise the alarm when they fail. If issues arise, we can typically troubleshoot within a business day and keep you updated.
